When is my order going to be shipped?If your item is listed as in stock: It will be shipped within 1~7 business days. If your item is listed as pre-order mode: Once the manufactured item has arrived at our workshop and make sure the quality has reached our satisfaction, we will make an announcement. And your item will be shipped within the following 1~7 business days. If your order consists of both in-stock and pre-order items: Your order will be on halt until the pre-order item is ready to be shipped to you altogether!)

Will my order arrive on time for this date?If you are planning to order something for a special occasion. We recommend you that you order a month prior in case anything happens with the postal company. As we have no control over that area! You can also refer to the "Shipping" tab section to know the more accurate timing for your destination! However if you are still very anxious, you can specify in the details of your order that you need this for a special occasion. And we will do our best to shorten our business packaging days!

My order hasn't been shipped out yet! Can I add another order and ship them together?Yes, if you would like to make another purchase and save on the shipping fee, you may place down another separate order, and then contact our customer service tanukii.cafe@gmail.com to let us know the two order numbers you would like to combine. We will then refund you the excess shipping fee. However, it is suggested that you purchase everything together as the shop can get too hectic sometimes and our Customer Service might miss out on your mail!

I have made an error with my name/address/description when I placed down my order, what can I do?If your order has not yet been shipped, do not worry and contact our customer service tanukii.cafe@gmail.com about it as soon as possible! If your item has already been shipped, it would unfortunately be hard for us to do something about it. However, in some cases that the package doesn't get collected and is returned to us, we will contact you via Email to cover the shipping fee again, and send it to you!

Can I cancel my order?If your order has not yet been shipped. It can be canceled within 48 hours. Please contact our customer service to do so!

Can I issue a refund after my order has arrived?Sorry our shop doesn't have a refund service at this moment! However, if your item has arrived as a defected product, please prepare photos of proof and contact our Customer Service tanukii.cafe@gmail.com to further investigate with the matter.
